Consulting Services

Alator Consulting provides two types of services: I. Contractual Business/Government Services (CBS/CGS); II. Personal/Family Agent Services (PAS/FAS). This structure allows us to serve both institutional clients and private clients whose needs differ substantially in scope, confidentiality, and method of engagement.

For both types of services, we require completion and signing of a Retainer Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Personal Agreement (PA), and/or Business/Government Services Contract (BSC/GSC) upon receipt of the required retainer fee. The documents will be provided in the English language via the Client’s account on this site. All completed documents must be signed by the prospective Client using Docusign services. If paying by check or money order, please make it payable to Alator Corporation for requested services (including any extra expenses listed in the Personal Agreement and/or Business/Government Services Contract) and send it to the address provided on our Contact Us page. The retainer fee must be received and processed by our company before any discussions of signed cases begin. Following the signing of contractual documents by both parties (i.e., Client and us) and the start of our services, all payments made to Alator Corporation become non-refundable. These requirements are intended to ensure clarity, seriousness of purpose, and appropriate protection of confidential information before substantive work begins.

I. Contractual Business/Government Services (CBS/CGS) are provided in the following areas:

Important: The cost of CBS/CGS varies widely and depends on the complexity of requested services. Institutional engagements are evaluated individually because the scope may range from focused advisory work to broader analytical support involving strategy, systems assessment, technology review, scientific evaluation, or politically sensitive consulting.

II. Personal/Family Agent Services (PAS/FAS) are divided into two levels (L1 and L2), and are intended for the client’s personal use only. Each service and level covers a single disease. With Level 1 (L1) services, our PAS/FAS clients are kept informed about the latest developments in research and treatments from around the world for a disease of their choice, and are provided with our thorough analysis, all of which is done via our personalized electronic monthly newsletter. With Level 2 (L2) services, in addition to everything provided with Level 1 services, our PAS/FAS L2 clients also get a personal agent who travels around the world on their behalf, meets with scientists, medical doctors, and patients, and gathers existing and available information on all treatments for a disease of the client’s choice. This constitutes an active search, and the obtained information is analyzed by our company in an attempt to determine a candidate for a potential cure. In other words, Level 1 is designed for informed monitoring and analytical review, while Level 2 is designed for clients who want a more active and personalized search effort carried out on their behalf.

Please note that Alator Consulting accepts only annual PAS/FAS agreements, which must be fully paid before any services are rendered. In addition to the annual cost of Level 2 services, clients also have to pay for all business expenses of the assigned personal agent, i.e., air travel expenses, hotels, car and other rentals, office expenses, security services, translation services, clothes, meals, etc. The Level 2 extra payments depend on the scope of the search, which is determined in discussions with our clients before the corresponding documents are signed and the search is initiated. Because Level 2 may involve international travel, direct meetings, and intensive information gathering, costs necessarily depend on geography, access, duration, and the complexity of the medical or scientific landscape involved.

Attention: All information provided via PAS/FAS L1 or L2 is for personal use only. Businesses and governments are not allowed to sign and/or use this type of service. All businesses and governments are served on a contractual basis (see above), where each case is reviewed, decided, and billed individually. Any unauthorized usage by businesses and governments of privileged information obtained via PAS/FAS or CBS/CGS by their current or former employees, representatives, or contractors will constitute a violation of your signed agreements/contracts with us and may result in legal actions against all parties involved in that unauthorized usage for causing injury to our rights or property. If we do take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these terms, we will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to us. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the site and our services as a result of any violation of these terms. This distinction between private-use services and institutional services is important and is enforced deliberately in order to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and intended use of our work.

Payments: If paying by check or money order, please make it payable to Alator Corporation. If clients are paying for PAS/FAS L1 or L2, they need to indicate the requested service, including the name of the disease they would like us to monitor for a potential cure, and mail their payment along with signed documents (see above) to the address provided on our Contact Us page. Upon receipt of payment and signed documents, Clients are asked to provide our company with additional information for their cases. Prospective clients who are serious about working with us should review the service descriptions carefully and choose the engagement structure that matches the nature of their needs.
